Does the South America green dots reflect the indigenous population of South America or does it reflect Iberian matches?

Most of the green dots in South American refer to Iberian (Spanish/Portuguese) American (mixed with American Indian) but there are four or five that are purely indigenous populations (Amazonian Indian, Kichwa), and the triangles refer to African there.
